Key Responsibilities
●Managing the company Accounts payable dedicated email inbox, including responding to internal and external stakeholders' queries.
●Coding and routing of the invoices and credit notes for approvals.
●Liaising with the procurement team and creating Purchase orders.
● Review and determine the suitable General ledger for vendor invoices and make sure correct tax treatment of the invoices and credit notes.
●Ad-hoc accounting work provided by manager and ability to take on more work as required.
●Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and can-do attitude.
●Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
●Exposure to NetSuite, ZIP and Stampli is a plus.
Essential Skills
● Knowledge of the Accounts Payable process is required.
● Accounting qualification and solid knowledge of accounting is required
● At least 4 years of accounting experience.
● Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus but is not required
● Knowledge of GST (AU/NZ), VAT (UK and EU), Sales Tax (US) regulation is a plus but is not required
