We're on the hunt for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Consulting team in North America. As a Solutions Consultant you are the primary selling partner and solution designer for our account executives and client success managers showcasing the enterprise products and services of Marigold to our new business prospects and current clients.

What You'll Do:

The Senior Solutions Consultant’s role requires you to work collaboratively with the sales and customer success teams and lead the entire product solution cycle from business discovery, demonstrations and proposal through a successful close of the opportunity. Responsibilities Include:

  • Thoughtful discovery

    • Responsible for thoroughly understanding the business & marketing technology objectives of our prospects & clients.

  • Consultative Selling

    • Earn the role of trusted advisor by mastering & evangelizing the value of Marigold products and services

    • Develop and implement sales strategies in partnership with the sales team to put Marigold in the best position to help us win & provide value to our clients.

  • Product Demonstrations & Proposals

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on best practices, benefits, capabilities of advanced features, and custom integrations to demo tailored solutions that solve client’s unique business challenges.

  • Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with executive & technical teams in selling situations.

  • Use storytelling, vignettes, client use cases, and demo skills to show the value that Marigold can create for our clients.

  • Work directly with sales and client teams to answer and deliver RFI/RFP responses.

  • Market Expertise

    • Consistently increase knowledge and awareness of key market trends and best practices.

    • Extract and socialize client success stories to evangelize our solutions externally with Clients & industry Analysts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Solutions Consulting/Sales/Services with a SaaS provider in Digital Marketing

  • Background in planning, customizing and delivering strategic product demonstrations

  • Experience with cross-channel marketing, loyalty & rewards programs, or other digital marketing platforms

  • Understanding of digital marketing cloud industry, trends, best practices, and competitive landscape

  • Must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation, sales, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfort with C-level executives in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Specific technical knowledge of one or more of the following: API frameworks, mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JS, and overall web-based systems a plus

  • A person that displays initiative and is self motivated

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
