We are looking for a manager of our Professional Services to lead implementation and delivery of Marigold products in Japan. In this role you will lead and manage a team of project managers, solution architects and campaign managers based in Japan who are responsible for design, configuration and deployment of Marigold solutions to customers.
Responsibilities will include :
Responsibility for hiring, on-boarding, development and performance management for the team.
Resource management of the team including assigning, scheduling and managing the overall resource and a project’s resources and buget.
Be the face of Professional services in Japan to stakeholders - customers and internal teams.
Manage issues and escalations, drive consensus with the organization and engage other teams for support on fulfilling the objectives
Align with the global professional services team to implement best practices to drive consistency, quality and productivity.
