The Role
Marigold Engage by Sailthru is looking for a strong individual contributor who can work in our Data Analytics team, which is responsible for a number of our reporting and metrics features that we expose to our customers.
What You'll Do
You’ll love working with a mix of languages and technologies. Our team works in Java, Golang and Python, and we work with a mix of databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL and data lake technologies like Databricks.
If you have some frontend skills that’s an added win as we occasionally make changes in that area, but we can help you learn/build the skills needed.
Build event-driven systems using technologies such as Kafka and Kinesis and working with powerful streaming technologies.
Work with AWS cloud and Kubernetes for running the production stack.
Help our customer success and support teams with escalations and work with the team to diagnose and fix rare and interesting problems.
Be part of our regular oncall rotation with the other team members.
About You
You’re someone who loves technology and cares deeply about the products you build and the customers who use them.
You want to learn and grow your skillset whilst being surrounded by capable mentors operating in a high performing team on a sizeable SaaS product.
You have at least a year of commercial experience building quality, production-grade software through best practices, proven design patterns, and great teamwork.
You ideally have production experience with large SaaS products and working in a multi-team engineering organization.
