The Role:

The Services Analytics & Innovation team requires an Operations Analyst that will be working on a wide range of systems & oversee operational workflows that support the Services organization. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality & efficiency of systems, improving productivity through automation, reviewing existing programs & implementing solutions, developing new workflows, programs, and apps. The role requires the individual to adapt to changing business priorities and have a very good understanding of the various services & deliverables Marigold provides to our Customers, and intimate knowledge of existing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Work in an agile environment to continually identify opportunities to improve productivity by leveraging automation, building scripts & apps, devising new programs & introducing innovative ideas.

• Manage and improve upon Services departments’ operational workflows & data management within the SalesForce & Forecast platforms.

• Collaborate closely with multiple internal departments to gather requirements, and partner with system owners & admins to execute changes and report any issues.

• Help define the framework that underpins the rapid and repeatable delivery of Services KPIs

• Serve as a Google Workspace & Automation SME for others seeking to utilize our services to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.

• Adopt & champion best practices in workflow, app development, automation & reporting.

• Ensure data security & integrity through careful design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

• Attend on-going training and education

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services operations role

• 3-5 year of experience with Enterprise-grade Professional Services automation systems like OpenAir and FinancialForce

• Experience with Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Add-Ons and various Google Cloud Platform data solutions, including Google Data Studio (required) & Big Query

• Experience & knowledge of basic programming languages & techniques such as SQL, JavaScript, Python & Google Apps Scripts

• Experience in utilizing various ticketing & utility systems such as Jira, Confluence & FreshService

• An understanding of SaaS, Services, Operations & Marketing metrics & KPIs

• Interest in new automation software, technologies, and apps

• Quick learner and highly adaptable, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to partner with other business owners to understand requirements and develop solutions & processes, execute on them and provide training

• Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks with an emphasis on QA

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required

• Be self-driven, solution-oriented and have the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete info
