About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Shared Services team. In this role, you will lead our most strategic initiatives. We are seeking a design professional who will deliver business value, and who is a skilled storyteller in pixels and presentations. You value high quality, well organized design. You foster the highest level of collaboration possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the future of product design, highly focused on customer experiences, for all Marigold applications

• Drive the expansion of our accessible and scalable Marigold design system, including documentation

• Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and business goals

• Collaborate with product designers to establish shared design patterns and interaction models that will modernize every application in our product suite

• Partner with engineering on the implementation of our design system and delivering continuous improvements to the customer

• Solve complex problems across applications, working with multiple product teams

• Articulate design recommendations throughout the design process

• Work effectively and efficiently with teams in multiple time zones

• Help bring organizational change leveraging design methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Portfolio highlighting your personal contributions in product design for enterprise applications

• Figma. Master of advanced features and prototyping

• 5 years of experience in product design, with at least two years of experience in lead or senior design roles

• Experience with design systems

• Ability to lead design initiatives leveraging a human-centered design process

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Bonus Qualifications

• Ability to sketch, draw and or create motion

• Speak multiple languages
