We’re looking for candidates with solid HTML, CSS, and JS skills to join our Technical Support team.
What You’ll Do:
Support agents are responsible for providing first-level technical support for the company’s different solutions, delivering an outstanding customer experience through our ticketing system. They are expected to train customers on using our technology, troubleshoot any potential issues, and excel in creative problem-solving, delivering high-quality implementations to match customer requirements.
It’s an essential requirement for candidates to speak English fluently and have an excellent command of the written language.
We value previous experiences in customer service and technical support, as well as experience in front-end development.
Our team offers support for our customers from 6 AM to 10 PM UYT, Mondays to Fridays. Candidates applying to this search should be able to accommodate an 8-hour shift.
