Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development - Asia Pacific , the Account Executive is passionate about driving the success and happiness of our clients, rapid growth and is seeking a chance to build a career in software sales. As an Account Executive you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic high performing team that directly influences the growth of a company that has a positive impact of global economic stability while advancing your own career using a proven sales approach. Key Responsibilities:

  • Close the deals. You will use your experience in process building and complex problem solving combined with your winning attitude, to close multiple deals a month.
  • Follow the leads. You will build our business by following up on all inbound leads and originating new business.
  • Track. You will build lists of prospects, leads and sales efforts and manage in the CRM system.
  • Sell the brand and sell the solution.
  • Cultivate the territory. You will build relationships within existing accounts to grow sales and customer satisfaction. You will proactively qualify clients while continuously nurturing new and existing relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Drive. You will drive your pipeline, following our sales process and have excellent CRM management ability.
  • You will support and promote the Altus Group offers specifically in the Developer sector across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Supported to complete onboarding and training program, in how to sell our software and solutions.
  • Thrive with a strong technical mindset and genuine interest in technology.
  • Balance and prioritize account management and growing new business opportunities. Being values led and thrive in a team-first environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or Marketing.
  • 3+ years experience selling enterprise software or sales experience in the real estate technology sector. Or, you have a proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and a compelling reason as to why we should hire you.
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written & oral presentation
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with ability to work in cross functional team
  • Good research, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions and real estate market
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
