Résumé du poste:

Le poste de Comptable Général (Statut cadre) avec une orientation fournisseurs marquée chez Finance Active (filiale d'Altus Group), implique inclut la gestion complète de la comptabilité générale courante, hors administration des ventes. Basé à Paris et fonctionnant en mode hybride (2 à 3 jours en présentiel), le rôle requiert une expérience de 2 à 3 ans en comptabilité dans un environnement dématérialisé et un ERP déployé pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe (Workday). Les principales responsabilités sont la saisie des opérations bancaires, le suivi des immobilisations, la tenue de la comptabilité de filiales étrangères, et être un support administratif organisé et rigoureux.

Responsabilités clés:

• Saisie des opérations bancaires et établissement des états de rapprochements.

• Suivi des notes de frais.

• Suivi des immobilisations et des amortissements mensuels.

• Saisie et suivi des pièces comptables fournisseurs, clients, et banques.

• Comptabilisation et suivi des comptes de charges à payer (CCA), factures non parvenues (FNP).

• Participation aux déclarations fiscales courantes, notamment la TVA.

• Tenue de la comptabilité pour des filiales étrangères et coordination avec les prestataires locaux.

• Préparation des transactions intercompagnies lors des arrêtés mensuels.

• Support à l’administration du personnel pour la collecte et gestion des informations nécessaires à l'établissement de la paie.

Compétences clés:

• Maîtrise des principes et des normes comptables.

• Compétence en gestion des immobilisations et des amortissements.

• Aptitude en matière fiscale.

• Expérience en comptabilité internationale et gestion des filiales.

• Aptitude à utiliser des systèmes de workflow de validation dématérialisés.

• Compétences en gestion des opérations bancaires et rapprochements.

• Capacité à suivre les processus intragroupes.

• Aptitude à l’utilisation de logiciels comptables et de solutions SaaS de gestion financière.
