As a Client Success Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their commercial property portfolios, helping them maximize potential savings and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Altus Group to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities.

  • Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.

  • Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.

  • Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Key Qualifications:

  • Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.

  • Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, you understand the importance of excellent client service.

  • Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.

  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.

  • Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
