Verifino ist eine 100%-Tochter der Finance Active SAS (Paris). Mit unserer Software helfen wir dem öffentlichen Sektor, einen guten Überblick über deren Darlehensbestand und Einsparpotentiale zu erhalten. Damit wird die Voraussetzung für zukunftsorientierte Entscheidungen geschaffen. Mit deiner Hilfe können Kommunen frühzeitig auf Zinsänderungen reagieren und neue Vorhaben, z.B. Bau von Kita’s und Pflegeheimen, günstig finanzieren.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Unterstütze unsere Kommunal-Kunden in der Anwendung unserer Darlehensmanagement-Software und beantworte ihnen Fragen rund um die Verwaltung und Analyse von Darlehensportfolios telefonisch sowie per E-Mail

• Kleinere, technische Kundenwünsche zu Schnittstellen und Reports implementierst du nach einem On-The-Job-Training eigenständig

• Neue Anforderungen von Kunden diskutierst du mit Deinem internationalen Team, trägst proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Software-Lösungen bei und testest neu entwickelte Funktionalitäten

• Darüber hinaus unterstützt du das Sales und Support Team im Tagegeschäft und übernimmst kleinere Projekte, z.B. Vorbereitung und Tracking von Marketingaktionen mit unserem CRM-System,

• Anpassungen für unsere Website, Programme zur Kundengewinnung. Neue Ideen und Kreativität sind willkommen und geschätzt.

• Nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitung führst Du selbständig Seminare

Schlüsselqualifikationen:

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Kundenkontakt

• Du bereitest Dich auf Dein Fachabitur vor oder studierst BWL mit Schwerpunkt Bankwesen, Finance, VWL, Mathematik oder etwas Vergleichbares

• Interesse für Finanzierungsprodukte, insbesondere Darlehen und Absicherungs-Derivate

• Spaß an mathematischen Aufgabenstellungen und Affinität zu IT

• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernbereitschaft, Liebe zum Detail und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Im Optimalfall bist du für mindestens 6 Monate in Vollzeit verfügbar, alternativ bist du für mindestens 3 Monate in Vollzeit und im Anschluss in Teilzeit als Werkstudent (m/w/d) verfügbar
