You will report into the Senior Sales Manager. As a Sales Development Representative at Altus Group, you will play a pivotal role in creating a client-focused sales experience for potential customers. Your primary responsibility involves educating prospects about Altus Group's offerings, comprehensively understanding their business needs, and serving as a consultant throughout their evaluation process.

  • Legen Sie qualifizierte Vorführungen für das Account Executive-Team fest und beeinflussen Sie damit direkt den Erfolg von Altus Group.

Hauptqualifikationen
  • 0-1+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B/B2C SaaS-Vertrieb oder einschlägiges Praktikum.
  • Bevorzugte, jedoch nicht notwendige Erfahrung in der Gewerbeimmobilienbranche.
  • Zeigt Führungsqualitäten, Teamarbeit und Selbstmotivation.
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum Lernen und Erwerb neuer Fähigkeiten.
  • Starke verbale Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Selbstmotiviert und in der Lage, mehrere gleichzeitige Anforderungen zu bewältigen und dabei die festgelegten Aktivitätsziele zu erreichen.
  • Mutige Einstellung, belastbar bei Ablehnung, initiiert konsequent Gespräche unabhängig von Zurückweisung.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an Altus Group product expert, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry through research in industry publications.
  • Contribute recurring revenue by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Engage sales leads through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) using internal sales tools.
  • Maintain organization and engagement of potential clients using Salesforce and Outreach platforms.
  • Educate prospects on Altus Group benefits and provide resources on product offerings.
  • Set qualified demos for the Account Executive team, directly impacting Altus Group's success.
  • Grow professionally in the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role by mastering the qualification process.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for opportunity generation and attended demos.
  • Uphold and enhance the company's reputation through external customer communications.

Key Qualifications

  • 0-1+ years experience in B2B/B2C SaaS sales or relevant internship.
  • Preferred, but not essential, experience in the CRE industry.
  • Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and self-motivation.
  • Willingness and capacity to learn and acquire new skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple concurrent demands while achieving set activity goals.
  • Fearless attitude, resilient in the face of rejection, consistently initiating conversations regardless of rejection.
  • Inquisitive mindset, curious about prospects, businesses, commercial real estate, and the product. Strategic thinker who is a good listener and quick learner.
  • Coachable nature, open to feedback, and actively seeks areas for personal growth and development.
  • Strong team player, adept at collaborating within the sales team to achieve collective goals.
