Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Client Success Corporate Manager is passionate about enhancing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall team success. You will be involved in motivating a team of Corporate Account Managers and ensuring that all targets are met. You will lead, delegate, motivate, and inspire the team to maximize their potential!Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of direct reports to consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while delivering a high-quality service to clients.
Provide ongoing support to direct reports through team meetings, training, regular one-to-one sessions, feedback, performance management, and coaching.
Oversee HR requirements for direct reports, including annual leave, absence management and performance management.
Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the process. Generate regular Management Information (MI) reports on department performance.
Ensure the successful delivery and continuous development of our client communication strategy. This includes system development, marketing strategies, and client written and verbal communication.
Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal and external clients.
Set a clear vision to motivate the team and develop a plan to drive them towards achieving it.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a client-focused and high-performing team, consistently achieving KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client focussed environment.
People-focused with a track record of cross-functional collaboration on projects.
Strong understanding of planning business strategies and goals.
Effective communicator at all levels with confident presentation skills.
Ability to present and report key Management Information (MI) to stakeholders and Executive Leadership Team (EOT).
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
