As a Manager of Application Managed Services, you will lead and oversee the account management team, manage client relationships, and implement strategies for business growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in real estate software, property management systems, and people management
Accountable for leading and facilitating account management.
Guide consultants in analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating clients' business requirements and processes to provide recommendations for change and improvement.
Build, develop, and manage strong business relationships with clients' project stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate client onboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain quarterly business reviews while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Implement a client success journey framework outlining timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Foster relationships with executive leadership at current and potential client organizations.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate software, property management systems, or SaaS industry.
Previous experience in people management, account management, client support, project management, upselling/cross-selling, and business development.
Proficiency with RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, or similar real estate software platforms.
Preferred certifications such as CAM, CAPS, HCCP, COS in financial/real estate fields (though not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead teams.
