Reporting to the Manager- Delivery, the Team Lead will be responsible for operational efficiency and excellent delivery of a team of analysts with the Global Service Center. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the execution, review, and delivery of commercial real estate Leases having dual role as Senior Analyst and Team Lead, providing an excellent example to other members of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Lease Review tasks including verifying and reviewing Lease Agreements, Sub leases and Lease Abstracts
• Expertise in analyzing various leases and finding the tenant portions in site maps.
• Perform advanced research for Leased properties and reconcile the taxes and billing formula.
• Leading the team by example of focused effort, collaboration, and a winning culture.
• Performing to KPI’s and ensuring all team members are utilized effectively.
• Calculate the proportionate tax share for the client properties.
• Complete periodic comparisons of analysis files to analyze impacts and attribute variances.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior Team Lead and/or people management experience
• Work experience preferably in Lease Review, Real Estate, or Finance.
• Real estate background, specifically Commercial Real Estate Lease review experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and oral presentation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Etc.)
• Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills.
