Description

Recyclops, Inc. is a growing company in the sustainability arena. Headquartered in Utah, we have operations in 24 states and increasing. Recyclops is seeking a logistics coordinator in the Dallastown, PA area. The logistics coordinator is responsible for overseeing purchasing, outbound dispatching, and reporting for our Dallastown, PA warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule transportation for outbound shipments.
  • Assist warehouse manager in evaluating inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping of outgoing materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, carriers, and vendors.
  • Source new materials processors as needed.
  • Collect and maintain data needed for billing and tracking purposes.
  • Own the purchasing of supplies for the warehouse, including office supplies and PPE.

Work Environment

  • May involve dirt, odor, or dust.
  • The noise level is moderate. Hearing protection will be available.
  • Closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes are required.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years experience in operations.
  • Customer facing experience (e.g., sales, customer service, program management, et cetera) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Excellent with technology, including Google Worksplace and logistics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English.
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.
