Description
Recyclops, Inc. is seeking an experienced staffing coordinator responsible for managing the company's relationship with staffing agencies and their workers. In addition, this position coordinates the transition of workers from the staffing agency's payroll onto Recyclops's payroll as they are eligible. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Work with warehouse supervisors to ensure staffing levels are adequate, requesting additional staff from agencies as necessary.
- Provide guidance to warehouse supervisors in managing their workforce in alignment with applicable laws and company policies.
- Notify supervisors of worker missed punches and errors; approve timecards for payroll.
- Maintain Recyclops's roster of staffing agency workers.
- Reconcile agency invoices prior to payment.
- Conduct orientation for new workers.
- Process onboarding and exit paperwork for employees and staffing agency workers.
- Serve as backup to People Operations Generalist for contractor and employee payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist the People Operations team with other HR functions as needed.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR or staffing experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, especially via email and instant messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience working in a fully remote job preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus!

Salary Description
