• Coordinate and schedule transportation for inbound and outbound shipments ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Plan, adjust, and monitor routes using dispatch software and GPS systems.
• Address issues as they arise, including delays, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for trucking company(s) and their drivers on behalf of Recyclops.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork, including bills of lading, scale tickets, and delivery receipts.
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Manage and complete special projects as requested.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Two years experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Excellent commuter skills; experience in Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must live in Eastern or Central U.S. timezone.
• Residence of Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Virginia preferred.
