Description
- Managing customer relationships and developing customer strategies.
- Communicate strategies and solutions to clients through comprehensive reports and compelling presentations
- Collaborate with leadership keeping them abreast of project progress and important developments
- Conducting research in various markets/locations identifying potential opportunities, collecting information on those opportunities, entering that information into the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, communicating with team members regarding potential opportunities.
- Communicating with CEO and enterprise development regarding potential opportunities, participating in regularly scheduled enterprise meetings. and close business development opportunities.
- Researches and establishes initial contact with prospects, setting meetings, and teleconferences through cold calling and personalized email messaging.
- Qualifies inbound leads, setting meetings, and teleconferences as needed.
- Takes on other enterprise and operations duties, assignments & projects as necessary.
- Lead new program creation and implementation of enterprise programs
- Acts as liaison between enterprise development and operations when coordinating enterprise acquisition.
- Show strong accountability of tasks on the project lifecycle, including scoping, budget and delivery, teamwork and organization.
- 10-25% travel may be required
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales and/or experience in sustainability
- Program Manager experience required
- Recycling Program sales strongly desired
- Must be a go-getter/self-starter with the ability to motivate oneself in a fully remote environment
- Experience in a fast growing start up environment will prove helpful
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Prioritizes own workload to meet deadlines, especially when under pressure and when working with a variety of opportunity types.
- Is well organized, resourceful, and able to plan
- Proficiency with Google Docs and presentation creation software required.
