Position Summary

We’re looking for a growth-oriented Creative Strategy Manager to bridge performance marketing insights with breakthrough creative ideas. Sitting at the intersection of Growth, Brand, and Creative, you’ll translate performance data and customer insights into ideas that move people — and drive measurable growth. You’ll partner with cross functional teams to shape how Prose shows up across direct response paid and emerging channels, guiding creative from brief to production, with a special focus on short-form video that converts.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of growth creative strategy — distilling data into briefs, brainstorming concepts, and working cross-functionally to deliver assets that perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate performance data and cultural trends into creative strategies and briefs for paid performance channels.
  • Guide creative development for paid campaigns (Meta, YouTube, AppLovin and beyond).
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the creative production process — from concept to edit — ensuring it’s both on-brand and performance-optimized.
  • Build creative testing roadmaps in partnership with Growth team to maintain a healthy creative pipeline.
  • Manage agency partners and contribute to a culture of creative experimentation.

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in creative performance marketing in-house or agency side for premium brands (extra credit for subscription DTC)
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Skilled at balancing data with storytelling — you can make “scroll-stopping” creative feel effortless
  • Tangible and demonstrable experience analyzing Meta platform data to derive insights (AppLovin experience a strong plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in creative video production as a key stakeholder, ensuring video content is growth forward and primed for creative testing

In the New York Area, the anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 annually (+10% discretionary bonus and equity). Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Williamsburg office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week.
