Quality Assurance Intern

Plus One Robotics is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to support our mission of delivering high-performing, reliable robotic systems. As part of our QA team, you will play a hands-on role in validating system performance, identifying issues, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across software and hardware integrations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically curious individual eager to gain real-world experience in robotic systems testing. This is an in office role located either at our San Antonio HQ or our Boulder location.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute assigned tasks from the QA Group Lead and/or QA Engineers, and provide timely updates on progress and status
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test benches for system and release testing
• Perform manual, hands-on testing of robotic systems
• Identify, document, and track bugs using QA reporting tools
• Utilize test documentation tools to ensure accurate and complete reporting
• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts

Education & Experience Requirements
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication proficiency
Additional Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position will also have occasional work in the warehouse in our facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Part time, 10-20 hours/week between M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm.
