We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Administrator to join our team and support our Salesforce platform and its integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. This role will focus on administering, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce and related tools such as Copado, JIRA/Atlassian, Certinia, DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, and RingLead. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, in an agile, sprint-based environment to deliver scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, workflows, automation, integrations, and customizations.
- Support and manage key Salesforce integrations with GTM tools such as Copado, JIRA, Certinia, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, templates, and approval workflows.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and functionality across Salesforce and its integrated platforms.
- Provide ongoing user support and training to promote adoption and proper use of Salesforce and related systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement platform improvements.
- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
What you bring to the team:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required.
- Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Familiarity with Copado or a similar CI/CD platform for deployment and change management.
- Experience working with JIRA/Atlassian in a sprint-based development environment.
- Exposure to GTM-related tools and integrations including Certinia (FinancialForce), DocuSign, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.
- Strong understanding of GTM business processes (sales, marketing, customer lifecycle, revenue operations).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $93,000 USD – $160,500 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
