Seismic is a enablement platform that enables sales teams with content, training, tools and insights to engage more effectively with prospects and customers.
As a Product Manager on the Engagement Experiences team, you will play a pivotal role driving innovation in one of our most dynamic product areas. Our products support sellers in their day-to-day by providing tools and insights that enable them to interact with buyers more effectively and drive deals forward.
You will be responsible for the roadmap and execution of our engagements-related integrations and data products. A strong data and technical background will be instrumental for your success in this role, along with your ability to collaborate effectively with engineering.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop a deep understanding of Seismic’s products, its customers’ problems, and the Sales Enablement space to deliver solutions that drive value and delight
- Develop PRDs, define and align on scopes, and partner with design and engineering teams to deliver new capabilities to our customers
- Translate product strategy into roadmaps that are informed by input from customers, cross-functional stakeholders, and market research
- Work directly and indirectly with partner organizations and stakeholders to build and maintain robust integrations
- Define and analyze key metrics that inform decision making and measure success of product initiatives
- Support the go-to-market process and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to achieve launch readiness and drive adoption
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience in software product management, software engineering or related technical roles
- Proficiency with data and analytics products including familiarity with data stores, integrations, APIs and webhooks
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of product development practices such as agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Technical acumen to have credible conversations with engineering stakeholders about tradeoffs, technology, scalability etc.
- Analytical and obsessively detail-oriented, with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter able to translate ambiguity into clear, crisp plans.
