We’re looking for a passionate, seasoned, and customer-centric product leader to lead Seismic’s data and analytics products and strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role is crucial to delivering the data tools and sales insights that 2,000+ companies depend on every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Seismic’s Analytics & Data product platform.
- Lead and Mentor: Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers advancing our best-in-class LiveInsights data and dashboarding product.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with application product teams to deliver critical contextual insights that enable data-informed sales decisions for Seismic’s end-users.
- Leverage AI for Insights: Work closely with AI/ML and personalization teams, utilizing advanced AI techniques to unlock intelligent recommendations and insights for Seismic’s users.
- Empower with Frameworks and Tools: Provide product teams with frameworks and tools to analyze product usage, set quantitative goals, and make data-informed investment decisions.
- Eliminate Data Silos: Collaborate with the corporate data and BI teams to eliminate data silos, co-own a common data model, and define consistent metrics for data adoption across the broader Seismic organization.
What you bring to the team:
- Significant Domain Experience: 10+ years of experience building analytics products and collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver stellar customer-centric data experiences. This should include significant hands-on experience with data model design & development, as well as data visualization and business intelligence.
- Positive and Effective Leadership: Proven experience leading teams of Product Managers and indirectly leading colleagues and peers during all phases of the SaaS product lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with modern data & analytics tech stacks and industry best practices for implementing and maximizing them.
- AI Knowledge: Experience with AI and machine learning applications in product data and analytics to unlock AI-enabled sales insights for customers.
- Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of and dedication to ensuring the data & analytics product helps Seismic and customers achieve business strategies and goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a business or executive audiences.
- SaaS Product Management: Experience successfully building, managing, and collaborating with other teams in the pursuit of a unified SaaS platform experience.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $158,100 USD – $272,700 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
