We are looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer with 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform to join our Go To Market Systems team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet the business needs and requirements of our customers. You will also collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and performance of the solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, and CMDB.
- Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and Business Rules, UI Actions, Scripts to automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate, test, and implement ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches to keep the system up-to-date while minimizing disruptions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of the solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues and defects in the solutions.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for the solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and administrators.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability of ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform as a developer or administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow core applications and modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, and other methods.
- Experience with ServiceNow automation tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
