Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Marketing Project Manager to oversee and drive excellence across the Development, SEO, Analytics, and Design teams in our Hyderabad location. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, ensure seamless integration of strategies, and deliver impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of collaborating with and organizing multidisciplinary teams.

This is an individual contributor role. You will not have direct reports or direct oversight of a team.

We are looking for someone who can work out of our Hyderabad office 4 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Strong skills to manage technical projects, web content updates on websites, and localization requests
• Ability to manage multiple projects, build sheets, folders, and tracking systems for managing them, and keep all the projects and tracking systems updated real time
• Communicate project goals, expectations, run meetings, and provide updates effectively to team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
• Manage day-to-day implementation of routine tasks related to website projects
• Implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with overall business objectives, identifying key digital transformation opportunities and priorities.
• Manage and deliver digital projects for the Digital CoE team in Hyderabad across various domains, including website development, design, SEO, & Analytics, while acting as a liaison with the global marketing leadership team.
• Develop a clear and effective communication strategy to engage with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and business priorities.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing insights into digital performance and advocating for strategic digital investments.

What you bring to the team:

• 6+ years of experience managing technical projects and overseeing cross-functional teams
• Strong project management in JIRA, ClickUp
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, including web development design, marketing campaign OPS SEO, & Analytics
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into actionable digital strategies
• A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
