Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Marketing Data Analyst to analyze and interpret web performance data, providing actionable insights that inform business strategy and drive marketing success. As an expert in Google Analytics, you will be the go-to person for understanding how users interact with our digital assets and how we can optimize their experience to achieve business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on web performance metrics using Google Analytics and other data tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into web traffic, conversion rates, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing website design, user experience, and content strategies.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, analytics tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a web marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and proficiency with additional tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and user experience optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database querying languages (e.g., SQL) or data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a knack for turning raw data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
