Overview:
The Strategic Enablement Consulting Director is an advanced-level role for professionals with extensive experience in enablement. This role involves managing complex projects, leading client engagements, and acting as a thought leader in the enablement space. The Strategic Enablement Consulting Director is responsible for delivering high-impact solutions and guiding clients toward achieving their business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR role
Primary Responsibilities:
Complex Project Management: Manage and execute large-scale, multi-faceted enablement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic client objectives.
Strategic Leadership: Design and implement enablement strategies that address specific business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Team Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, sharing expertise and guiding their professional development.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Enablement Knowledge: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of enablement frameworks and methodologies, with expertise in applying them to large-scale organizations.
Relationship Building: Manages key client relationships independently, consistently driving trust and collaboration.
Strategic Thinking: Leads strategic planning sessions and ensures enablement solutions align with organizational goals.
Change Management: Leads change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of enablement programs across client organizations.
Business Acumen: Brings a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client-specific business models to every engagement.
What you bring to the team:
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales and/or revenue enablement, consulting experience preferred.
General working knowledge of enablement platforms and tools is required.
Experience with the Seismic Enablement Cloud is required.
Financial Services experience is preferred.
Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design data-driven enablement solutions.
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems is preferred.
Understanding of financial metrics and how enablement efforts align with business ROI.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $107,000 USD – $184,600 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
