As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with the VP R&D, Managing Director/Head of Hyderabad, Director of HR as well as leaders and managers to develop attraction and recruitment strategies to bring in future talent to support Seismic’s growth and build out of the Hyderabad office. This role reports to the US based, Director of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing and engaging top talent, creating a world class candidate & manager experience, and driving a diverse and inclusive culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • This role will be the local point of contact for India leadership and teams on Talent Acquisition initiatives and recruitment in partnership with Director of TA and HRBP
  • Collaborate with global TA Leaders and HRBP’s to support business units located in Hyderabad
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Partner closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position, facilitate calibration & debrief conversations, and advise on best practices / strategies throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage full-life cycle recruitment process across multiple business units and levels. This includes sourcing, screening, hiring, and managing candidates throughout the entire interview process up through offer negotiation and extension.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Amplify employer brand and build out our presence in the India market
  • Analyze recruitment metric, share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy, proper candidate stage tracking, and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Cross-collaboration with G&A functions (Finance, Legal, IT and Facilities)
  • Execute special projects and people initiatives as needed

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5-8 years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a progressive, high-growth environment; preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working for a US headquartered company preferred
  • Experience supporting recruiting for several departments simultaneously, partnering with business leaders across a variety of functional areas and business units
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with leaders
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and passion to source, recruit and close talent
  • Knowledgeable with current recruitment trends and local recruiting landscape
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferably
  • Working knowledge of sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns, preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a passionate, high energy, fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • This position will be based in the Hyderabad office
