Seismic is a global top 100 cloud company, enabling GTM organisations to deliver end-to-end buyer experience to drive business growth. We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager for South EMEA (SEMEA) who will play a critical role in scaling Seismic’s brand and pipeline to supercharge our success in SEMEA (i.e. France and adjacent markets).

The ideal candidate is someone who excels at equal parts strategy and hands-on execution (across events, webinars, digital, social, email, content, web, and more), can lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget, and values a close partnership with sales leaders. You’re responsible for working with leaders across sales, inside sales, product marketing, customer success and revenue operations to orchestrate multi-channel ABX campaigns that optimize the pipeline engine for the region.

Reporting directly to the Sr Director, EMEA Marketing, you will be responsible for driving highly targeted ABX campaigns to generate net new and customer expansion pipeline and revenue growth. Accountable for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual pipeline targets for SEMEA.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive the annual and quarterly SEMEA GTM/marketing strategy, in partnership with SEMEA GTM teams – focused on pipeline generation, pipeline acceleration and increased bookings – to meet short-term and future quarter pipeline targets for new and expansion business
  • Build a quarterly execution calendar for SEMEA aligned to the region’s business objectives, bookings and revenue targets, and pipeline goals
  • Design and execute highly targeted ABX campaigns (1:1 and 1:few) across all channels (including events, email, paid advertising, social, web, personalized content, gifting, webinars, workshops, direct mail and more) mapped to the customer lifecycle
  • Leverage ABX technology (i.e. 6Sense) for account tracking, personalization and intent, and help automate ABX/MQA workflows and insights for Sales
  • Partner with Inside Sales to ensure they have guidance and resources to translate MQAs and leads into pipeline for the business
  • Regularly share pipeline performance reporting and insights with senior leadership along with actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in EMEA marketing budgeting and planning cycles
  • Take responsibility for marketing performance in SEMEA, including but not limited to the following:
    • Activate global campaigns and programmes for SEMEA region
    • Build organic and earned advocacy at scale
    • Generate local case studies
    • Create local marketing intelligence and competitive insights
    • Review and approve localised content across channels
    • Create and manage social communities, advocacy groups and influencer programmes
    • Manage agency partners and optimise performance
    • Serve as ambassador of first impressions, speaking at public events and engaging in targeted industry groups / events / communities
    • Reporting and ongoing analysis of regional marketing performance
    • Collaborate with other Regional Marketing Managers, leveraging each other’s best practices to maximise EMEA Marketing team’s performance.
    • Support sales pitches when required

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of B2B Enterprise marketing experience
  • Generalist, with a breadth of expertise in various marketing disciplines, i.e. ABM, digital, content, demand gen, events, media, PR/social, SEO, content, web, data/analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment a plus
  • Native French speaker
