The Senior Workplace Coordinator will be based at our Beijing office. This is an in-office position.


Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Serve as the central point of contact for events in the Beijing office.
  • Ensure the office is clean, comfortable, and safe.
  • Function as a liaison between Seismic, building property manager, and other vendors, like cleaning.
  • Track expenses for office amenities, supplies, and events.
  • Assist visitors and guests to the office.
  • Stock kitchens and supply area.
  • Sort and distribute mail; assist with package receiving.
  • Place orders for snacks and supplies.
  • Other duties as necessary to insure smooth workplace operation.
  • Design and employee experience programs for employees: company celebrations and organize team-building events/
  • Design and implement programming for ergonomics, wellness, safety, and sustainability.
  • Coordinate programming with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion company-wide efforts.
  • Analyze operations for efficiency and alignment with Workplace Experience Team mission statement.
  • Assist with visas for business travel.
  • Decorate office as needed.
  • Work to procure vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings with company executives and leaders.
  • Manage communication to the Beijing employees about events, policies, and procedures.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments.
