Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Associate, B2B Marketing Automation to join our Marketing team.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the development and execution of automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will design, build, and launch complex email and journey-based campaigns in close partnership with Marketing, Data, and Operations teams. You bring SFMC technical expertise and the ability to translate marketing strategy into, scalable campaign execution.

You will report into the Director, CRM

Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $101,844 - $133,670 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles, translate marketing briefs into technical workflows, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure all milestones are met for timely, high-quality campaign launches.
  • Build, launch and monitor multi-touch marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead nurture, onboarding engagement and retention campaigns.
  • Partner with the Data and Ops teams to ensure the right data structures, feeds, and integrations are in place to power journey logic and audience segmentation.
  • Use SQL to pull target audiences and troubleshoot issues to deliver campaigns that are error-free and drive value to the business.
  • QA all campaign components prior to launch to ensure error-free execution.
  • Monitor campaigns performance post-launch to ensure campaigns are performing as intended
  • Develop expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining templates, content blocks, and campaign development processes to contribute to platform governance, documentation, and best practice adoption.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using HTML and AMPscript to build dynamic email templates.
  • 2+ years using SQL to query databases, build data extensions and troubleshoot audience or data issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution

  • Background in B2B Marketing
