Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Specialist to join our Marketing team.

About the role

The Specialist, Marketing supports engagement and retention strategies for our key audiences both B2B and D2C. The Specialist works with their lead / manager and various cross-functional partners to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and outcomes that support a variety of key initiatives. The Specialist, Marketing is supported by their colleagues and leaders, to execute campaigns, program management, and reporting. Execution includes brief development, audience definitions, copywriting, project and logistics management, and reporting. This role supports detailed execution plans, including occasional event-related travel, and ensures deadlines are met.

You will report to the Director, Marketing (IFP).

Pay Transparency:

The rate for this role is: $30.38 - $39.88 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.

Responsibilities

  • Executes on key multi-channel campaigns - including virtual, in-person, digital, collateral, and more, based on an informed understanding of company metrics and marketing acumen.
  • Support creation of marketing and communication tactics through project management by gathering inputs and requirements, documenting flawlessly, and ensuring the campaign timeline remains on track.
  • Implements the creation of tactical campaigns that support consumer experiences that influence workstreams across experiences.
  • Maintain detailed calendars, execution checklists and documentation to support repeatable high-quality processes and to enable scale through process.
  • Review campaign reporting to help identify learnings or outliers to share with partners & your leader
  • Become a subject matter expert in the marketing organization and in your area, working to understand membership, core Oscar products, provider experience, and what tactics move key metrics, as well as understanding the holistic experience, metrics, and tactics utilized to reach our audiences.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
  • 1+ years of experience with marketing functions and driving digital engagement
  • 1+ years experience working closely with cross functional teams (ie brand strategy, creative teams, marketing strategy, and/or CRM teams
  • 1+ years experience managing partners and projects cross functionally within tight timelines

Bonus points

  • 1+ years experience with measurement and analytics and overseeing campaign tests/set up
  • Experience with email campaigns, text messaging, events or healthcare marketing and associated results
  • Native/Bi-lingual Spanish-speaker - ability to write copy in Spanish fluently

Travel

  • Up to 10%

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
