Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We’re hiring a RN Manager to join our Virtual Primary Care team.

About the role:

You will oversee teams of Medical Assistants and Nurses that support patients and Oscar Medical Group providers. You are accountable for your team’s metrics and driving your team’s performance while providing coaching and leadership.

You will work with the clinical, operations, and product teams to build systems that enable the team to provide quality care.

You will report into the Senior Medical Director, Virtual Primary Care.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $96,000- $126,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the medical assistant and nursing teams that support Oscar Medical Group

  • Be accountable for team metrics including people metrics, operational metrics and clinical quality metrics.

  • Hold Leads accountable for day to day management of Medical assistants and nurses

  • Serve as a key stakeholder and leader in the design and optimization of workflows,

  • Lead the implementation of changes and new initiatives and ensure team adoption

  • Serve as representative of team perspective on cross collaborative projects

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of leading a clinical team in a medical practice/ clinic setting

  • Current unrestricted compact RN licensure

  • Ability to get licensed in non-compact RN active OMG states CA, CT, IL, NY

Bonus points:

  • Additional RN licenses in non-compact OMG states CA, CT, IL, NY

  • Experience managing teams remotely/ virtual work

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
