At Ordergroove, our mission is to transform commerce by putting relationships, not transactions, at the center. We help leading brands create seamless subscription and membership experiences that turn one-time shoppers into lifelong customers.
Founded in 2010, we are a remote-first company whose platform powers the world’s most loved recurring experiences for brands like L’Oréal, GNC, and PetSmart. Our team of curious builders and bold problem solvers is united by one belief: meaningful relationships drive lasting growth. Join us and help shape the future of relationship commerce.
About the Role:
Ordergroove’s product teams pride themselves on their passion, customer focus and accountability. We love to be close to our customers, to understand their businesses and lives, and their experience with Ordergroove, so we can deliver experiences, products and features that truly impact them and help them thrive. We are committed to creating not just happy customers, but raving fans. We measure success by the impact we create, not just the features we ship. We aim for impact in everything we do.
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team. Someone who’s energized by solving meaningful problems, driven by measurable impact to our customers’ businesses, and ready to shape the future of relationship commerce.
What You Will Do:
- Product Strategy – Own the strategic plan and roadmap for one of Ordergroove’s product lines. Determine key initiatives to guide the product forward, break those plans into manageable, measurable, achievable release plans.
- Product Management – Understand market needs and user pain points, craft product vision and solutions to address them, phase solutions to deliver incremental business value, validate assumptions and iterate along the way.
- Go To Market – Start with the end goal in mind, the impact your product is intended to have in the market, then work backwards from that by partnering with product Marketing and other GTM teams.
- Product Delivery – You are the driver of end-to-end product execution. Build and maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog of user stories for new product improvements, collaborate with product design, data science, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers from concept to release to bring products to life all the while balancing speed, quality, and impact.
- Project Management – Partner with Engineering to guide development through every phase of the lifecycle, from discovery to post-release analysis. Ensure development stays on track, anticipating and removing roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.,
- Team Leadership – Raise the bar for collaboration and execution. Identify process gaps and opportunities, model accountability, and take on ever-increasing responsibilities. Communicate your roadmap with clarity and inspire confidence across teams and stakeholders.
- Company Role Model - Embody Ordergroove’s values, practice servant leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive company-wide goals. You lead not just through your products but through how you show up every day.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a software product management role at a SaaS company, ideally with exposure to enterprise and ecommerce. You’ve built and scaled products that drive measurable business impact and have a proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Key Skills:
- Ownership - Clear track record of ownership and fast-paced professional growth throughout your career.
- Action Oriented - You thrive in dynamic environments and act decisively. When faced with ambiguity, you bring structure, rally teams, and move ideas forward.
- Data Focused - Strong analytical skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, think on your feet, and generalize solutions addressing abstracted problems.
- Business Acumen - You think like an owner, understanding the tradeoffs, opportunities, and risks for both Ordergroove and our customers. You connect the “why” behind the product to the broader business strategy.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset - You learn fast, adapt quickly, and dive deep. Whether it’s a new customer segment, technical system, or market dynamic, you bring curiosity and confidence to every challenge.
- Strategic Agility - You have proven success defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line. You know how to connect long-term strategy with near-term delivery to create sustained impact.
- Cross Functional Collaboration- You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You influence across disciplines, from engineering to marketing to executives, and tailor your message for any audience, internal or external.
If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above - that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
