Gifting with On Me isn’t just convenient—it’s a shareable experience people love. We’ve just hit a hockey-stick growth curve, and we need a relationship-driven operator to be our Head of Affiliate & Brand Partnerships and scale our merchant and affiliate network.
The RoleAs Head of Affiliate & Brand Partnerships, you’ll be On Me’s first hire focused exclusively on affiliate revenue and direct brand integrations. Your mandate is simple: grow affiliate revenue and partner coverage fast—with a sharp focus on merchants our users love.
You’ll be the face of On Me to affiliate platforms and strategic brand partners—owning relationships, co-marketing, integrations, and joint growth efforts. You’ll also work closely with our CEO and growth team to ensure our unique gifting product reaches millions of shoppers, creators, and gift givers.
What You'll Do- Own and scale On Me’s affiliate revenue, growing both the number of active partners and total earnings through affiliate channels
- Build and manage relationships with key affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Honey, LTK, etc.)
- Drive direct brand relationships with high-quality merchants in categories like fashion, fitness, wellness, gaming, outdoor, and more
- Develop a scalable onboarding and co-marketing process for merchant partners
- Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and marketing to align campaigns, features, and user flows
- Create a feedback loop between merchants, affiliates, and product to ensure On Me is always building value on both sides of the marketplace
- Lead negotiations, contract terms, payout structures, and performance-based deals
- Track KPIs and report on revenue growth, partner quality, and affiliate engagement
- Lay the groundwork for a world-class partnerships org—this is a leadership-track role
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or BD—ideally with experience at a high-growth consumer brand, affiliate platform, or tech company
- Deep knowledge of affiliate ecosystems and how to optimize for both revenue and reach
- Existing relationships with publishers, platforms, and merchants (ideally at brands like Nike, Hoka, Lululemon, Glossier, etc.)
- A founder mindset: scrappy, driven, and resourceful. You know how to close a deal, manage a channel, and build a process
- Strong operator: you move fast, communicate clearly, and know how to report on what matters
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Located in SF or able to travel frequently if remote
- Experience with performance marketing, influencer affiliate overlap, or brand growth
- Past work in vertical commerce (fitness, beauty, outdoors, etc.)
- Experience negotiating direct affiliate revenue partnerships, revenue shares, CPA/CPL structures
- Experience building a partnerships team from scratch
- Base salary of $95,000 - $135,000 with meaningful equity
- A fast-moving, founder-led team with a track record of building great products
