Since our November Launch, On Me has been growing rapidly. Featured in Fortune, Axios, and The Wall Street Journal, our users keep coming back for more. Gifting with On Me isn’t just convenient—it’s a shareable experience people love. We’re at the very beginning of a hockey-stick growth curve, and we need a Head of Growth to take our customer acquisition efforts to the next level. In 2025, we’ll be working on building world-class apps and refining our e-commerce experience to create an even more sensational gifting journey. We’re also seeing rising demand from corporate clients and need someone to help shape the tools to meet this incoming need.

Job Summary

As Head of Growth, you’ll own our marketing and customer acquisition strategy, driving sustainable growth through organic and paid channels. You’ll lead initiatives across SEO, social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, affiliate partnerships, and funnel optimization to increase conversions and customer retention. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, execution, and analytical rigor. You’ll also play a key role in developing our corporate gifting program, leveraging bulk gifting solutions to expand our B2B presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all customer acquisition efforts, including performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user growth.
  • Spearhead corporate gifting initiatives by identifying B2B partnership opportunities and driving bulk gifting adoption.
  • Own website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user acquisition funnel improvements.
  • Lead paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Build and engage a community around the On Me brand through social media and organic content.
  • Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to iterate on marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to align growth initiatives with product goals.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with brands, creators, and affiliates to expand our reach.
  • Lay the groundwork for a scalable growth team, hiring and managing future marketing talent.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, in a B2C, fintech, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic channels.
  • Expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and website optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • A startup mindset—scrappy, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a test-and-learn approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Deep background in e-commerce or consumer fintech marketing.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a marketing or growth team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
