Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Support Technician to join our tight-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment and love the satisfaction of fixing things right the first time — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
& Keep production running: perform urgent on-the-spot repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on time — every time.
& Own equipment safety: verify safety switches are functioning and ensure pinch points and hazards are clearly marked.
& Handle facility upkeep: tackle building repairs (doorknobs, door closures, and more) quickly and efficiently.
& Retool and set up equipment as needed to support production demands.
& Maintain a clean, organized parts room so the right part is always easy to find.
& Process internal repair orders for full accountability and transparent tracking.
& Drive downtime reduction: your goal is to minimize disruptions and maximize output.
What We're Looking For
& 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing service environment.
& Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told, you spot a problem and fix it.
& Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
& Strong communication skills and a true team-player attitude.
& High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
& Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift.
& Good close and color vision with the ability to adjust focus (working with machinery and detailed parts).
WHY OUR COMPANY?
& Mid-Level Technician (1-3 years of experience): $27-$30/hour
Experienced Technician (3-7 years of experience): $32-$38/hour
& Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM — no rotating nights or weekends by default.
