Position Summary

Responsible for integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and software).

Acts as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing technical activities, acting as a focal point between R&D/Operation and the customer

Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international)

Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system repair

Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities

Conduct system testing (functional, communication, software, and hardware)

Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers

Prepare reports, document faults, and provide feedback to R&D teams

Support deployment, upgrades, and operational activities in the field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Customer-oriented mindset with project ownership

High sense of responsibility

Education & Experience

25 years of experience in system integration, testing, or field service

Strong understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics

Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS232/RS485)

Understanding of mechanical systems

Experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope advantage)

Experience with Embedded systems / Linux advantage

High-level English (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel internationally
