Job Title: Product Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Product Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis and Sigma Computing to support data-driven product decisions and execution. The role involves working closely with UX Design (UXD), Software Engineering (SE), QA, and Technical Writing teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and product requirements. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, Jira, and technical documentation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth business analysis to identify product requirements, gaps, and opportunities.
• Leverage Sigma Computing to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements, converting them into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and manage product backlog using Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
• UXD Team for seamless user experience and design alignment
• Software Engineering (SE) for development clarity and execution
• QA Team for test planning, validation, and defect tracking
• Technical Writers for accurate and clear product documentation
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product testing efforts (functional testing, UAT) to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, workflows, and data definitions.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data insights and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Analysis / Business Analysis roles.
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Sigma Computing.
• Expertise in Jira or similar tools for backlog and task management.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven experience in writing requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (UXD, SE, QA, Technical Writing).
• Strong exposure to data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
• Experience in product testing and validation processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on data-driven products or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or BI tools (nice to have).
• Understanding of UX principles and design workflows.
• Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management.
