Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Independently works and cohesively blends into the Company workforce. Follows the company standards. Able to coordinate with other disciplines, gets along with others.
Able to manage your own workload schedule without any supervision.
Construction Administration
Project drawing set-up
Field investigations
Picking up red marks
Fixture knowledge. Able to create a fixture design book for client review.
Plumbing Specification writing
Plumbing schematics, One line riser diagrams.
Domestic Hot Water return loop design.
Medical Gas system design.
Domestic water, Waste and Vent systems Sizing, Layout, Design
Self-directed and motivated worker. Works even when the boss is not looking.
2D AutoCAD drawing. 3D Revit model drawing.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in Plumbing design and understanding of commercial type Plumbing systems.
PE a plus, not required..
Healthcare experience a plus
AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
Field experience/knowledge required. Able to visit and walk existing project sites for renovation projects. Analyze existing conditions. Identify systems in the field.
