Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React.js and .NET technologies, primarily focused on active development and coding. The ideal candidate should be passionate about writing clean, efficient code and building scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively design, develop, and deliver high-quality code across frontend and backend layers
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components
• Write efficient and secure backend services, APIs, and business logic
• Work extensively on coding, debugging, and performance optimization
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in development lifecycle activities, with strong emphasis on hands-on implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments

Core Technical Skills

• 6+ years of strong hands-on coding experience in full stack development
• Expertise in React.js, Hooks, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong backend development experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience using Git and version control workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization tools
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, NUnit, xUnit, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture
