Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-growing personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in personal injury matters, be familiar with New Jersey law and procedures, and be bilingual in Spanish. Candidates should also be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 80100 litigation files in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The salary range is $65,000$80,000, depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Draft, file, and serve complaints
Draft and respond to discovery demands, motions, and related filings
Manage and maintain the litigation calendar and case deadlines
Request and follow up on records from medical providers and other entities
Comply to court orders and deadlines
Perform legal research as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiff side of personal injury
Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Fluency in Spanish is a requirement
Proficient in litigation procedures and calendaring
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping injured clients
