About The Job

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to meet production specifications
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout each run
• Make tooling changes and adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with the team
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of CNC experience
• 3+ years of CNC experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training or CNC certification is a plus)
