About The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Consultant to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships. This role is suited for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, generating new business, and delivering strategic solutions that support clients' HR and business operations. This position offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to work within a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new business within the assigned territory
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and referrals

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and proposals
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity and performance

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Lead client relationship management and retention strategy
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement

Market & Collaboration

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support deal strategy and execution
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all client deliverables

Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B consultative sales (insurance, PEO, HCM, payroll, or similar preferred)
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals
  • Experience with self-funded and fully insured products is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
