We are looking for a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our amazing team in a full time/direct hire role!
Senior Plumbing Designer Position
Qualifications
1. 10+ years’ experience in Plumbing design and understanding of commercial type Plumbing
systems.
2. PE a plus, not required.
3. Healthcare industry experience
4. AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
5. Field experience/knowledge required. Able to visit and walk existing project sites for renovation
projects. Analyze existing conditions. Identify systems in the field.
Job Duties
1. Independently works and cohesively blends into the Company workforce. Follows the company
standards. Able to coordinate with other disciplines, gets along with others.
2. Able to manage your own workload schedule without any supervision.
3. Self-directed and motivated worker. Works even when the boss is not looking.
4. 2D AutoCAD drawing. 3D Revit model drawing.
5. Domestic water, Waste and Vent systems Sizing, Layout, Design
6. Domestic Hot Water return loop design.
7. Medical Gas system design.
8. Plumbing schematics, One line riser diagrams.
9. Fixture knowledge. Able to create a fixture design book for client review.
10. Plumbing Specification writing
11. Picking up red marks
12. Project drawing set-up
13. Field investigations
14. Construction Administration

Weekly production meetings are held with all management and production staff to discuss projects and workload.

For Qualified Employees we offer a 3/2 work week schedule. 3 days in office, 2 days work from
home. Flexible work hour schedule. Employees are asked to hold a consistent 8-hour time frame
of in-office hours between 6AM-6PM
Health and dental insurance coverage. Company pays the Employees Health, Dental and Eye
Insurance base plan premiums. The Employee pays for buying up coverage, Spouse and
dependent coverage. Health insurance base plan is an HDHP plan with $3,500 annual
deductible. Offers an HSA savings plan.
401k with matching. 100% match for the first 1%-3% contribution. 50% match for the next 4%5%.
So, if an employee contributes 5%, the company match is 4%.
The vesting of the company matched contributions over a 5-year period.
