Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant - CPQ to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. This role requires strong experience in CPQ solutions, solution architecture, and ERP/CRM integrations, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CPQ implementations for enterprise customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Design solution architectures integrating with ERP and CRM systems
• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support)
• Mentor and coach junior consultants
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CPQ implementation (enterprise level)
• Strong expertise in ERP environments (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP)
• Experience with solution architecture, process mapping, and system integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Languages:
• English (C1+)
• German (C2+)
