Position Summary
Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software. (Benefits)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging client
- Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setup
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Client service and client account management

- HRIS
- Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience;

Education & Experience
- Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
