Are you a seasoned payroll professional ready to step into a leadership role?
We are looking for a Payroll Manager to lead and scale our client-facing payroll operations team.
🔍 About the Role
As a Payroll Manager, you will drive end-to-end payroll operations, mentor a growing team, and ensure seamless, compliant, and accurate payroll delivery for our clients.
💼 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and manage daily payroll operations
✅ Mentor, coach, and develop payroll team members
✅ Oversee client allocation, onboarding, and issue resolution
✅ Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing
✅ Conduct team trainings, meetings, and performance reviews
✅ Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
✅ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
✅ Collaborate with AP & tax teams for payroll adjustments
✅ Handle escalations and complex payroll queries
✅ Monitor productivity and ensure timely closure of tasks
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 10+ years of payroll experience
✔ 3+ years in PEO/ASO multi-state payroll
✔ FPC/CPP certification (Mandatory)
✔ Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with PRISM / HR Pyramid (Preferred)
✔ Passion for process improvement & team development
