- Support sales cycles through:
- Solution design
- Technical validation

- Translate complex concepts (quantum, AI, reservoir computing) into business value
- Troubleshoot issues and manage support tickets effectively
- Represent QCi at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
- Capture customer feedback to improve products, documentation, and processes

- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Applied Math, IT, or related field
- 5-8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, such as:
- Solutions Engineer
- Sales Engineer
- Technical Account Manager
- Customer Success Engineer
- Proven experience:
- Supporting sales cycles
- Delivering demos
- Influencing technical decisions
- Strong Python skills:
- Scripting & prototyping
- Experience with libraries (pandas, numpy)
- Understanding of:
- APIs, system architecture, permissions, and infrastructure basics
- Hands-on experience with:
- Deployments
- System integrations
- Troubleshooting hardware/software
- Excellent communication skills (technical + non-technical audiences)
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
